 Beaver Lake is a 325 acre man-made lake. Was developed in 1970 by BSI and Became Beaver Lake in 1978. We have 2000 lots and currently have around 860 residential homes. Beaver Lake is located near Murray, Nebraska, 30 minutes south of Omaha, 20 minutes south of Bellevue and 25 minutes north of Nebraska City. www.beaverlakene.org |

 The school system is Conestoga in Murray, Nebraska, 2 school buildings consist of, the elementary school, starts at pre-kindergarten and goes through the sixth grade, located in Murray, NE.  Beaver Lake is a recreation lake, if you like to ski, wake-board, jet-ski or just like to cruise around the lake, Beaver Lake is for you! Two primary watercrafts are permitted, plus additional secondary watercrafts. The size limits are - ski boats 22' in length and pontoon boats 28' in length. Jet ski's and sailboats are welcome. Beaver Lake has an active association. The association dues are billed quarterly to take care of the lake, clubhouse, boat launch, dam, nature reserve area, camp ground and all other common area's. Beaver Lake also has fishing club, Ladies auxiliary and other clubs and activities to become part of. |
